The hotel's location is wonderful, right on the Riverwalk and very close to the Alamo with fantastic dining options nearby. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping personnel was friendly. However, the accommodation lacked a safe, which was not what I expected for the price.
After throwing a pre New Year's party, a friend and I booked a couple of rooms at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was no safe or USB plug-ins anywhere, not even on the desk or alarm clock. The service was nice and helpful overall. The location is fantastic, directly across from the convention center and close to various restaurants. The dining experience was good, but not included in the room rate, which was already high.
